Calling is the fastest choice when you are stranded or blocking traffic. The request form is useful for scheduled towing, repair questions, transport planning, and personalized quote requests that are not urgent.
Call dispatch and begin with your location. Share the road, direction of travel, nearest mile marker or cross street, and whether the vehicle is safely off the roadway.
Then describe the vehicle and what happened. Mention damage, a trailer, cargo, low clearance, locked wheels, or difficult access before equipment is sent.
Use the form for work that can be planned. Include the vehicle year, make and model; pickup and destination; whether it runs, rolls, steers, and brakes; and the service you believe you need.
A quote or price cannot be confirmed until the details are reviewed. Distance, equipment, access, vehicle condition, and recovery work can all affect the job.
Your request gives the team a starting point for follow-up. It does not dispatch a truck by itself and should not be used when you need immediate roadside service.
Keep your phone available, and call directly if conditions change or the vehicle becomes a traffic or safety hazard.
For a collision with injuries, fire, leaking fuel, a vehicle in an active lane, or any immediate danger, call 911 first. Do not stand in traffic, work beside an exposed wheel, or enter unstable terrain while waiting.
