Before founding U.S. Metro, Brian served in the U.S. military and went on to a career in law enforcement, retiring from the police force — years defined by discipline, calm under pressure, and showing up for people on their worst days.
He brought that same standard to the towing business: U.S. Metro was built around a simple mission — when people are stuck, they need someone they can count on to show up and help.
Whether it's a dead battery on a cold morning, a breakdown on I-90 or a vehicle that needs real repair work, Brian and the U.S. Metro crew handle it straight — no runaround.
